A large Fortune 50 firm has been engaged in several large merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. They specifically were challenged with assessing and managing HR systems, processes, and global readiness, while doing their ‘business as usual functions.
VERVE provided the client’s Human Resources management team support on various strategic projects. Our project management consultant assisted with the investor room, assessing and managing HR systems and processes conversions, and global readiness.
First, VERVE assisted with the data analytics to support the investor room. Analytics were composed of “slicing ‘n dicing” the employee population to respond to potential investor requests.
Once the transaction was complete, VERVE provided strategic guidance, project management, and HR subject-matter expertise to support the divestiture, carve out the newly divested entity’s data, systems and processes, while implementing new global HR and payroll systems. The client had limited staff to support the set-up of this newly divested $6B entity while doing their ‘business as usual’ functions.
